ABOUT THE PROJECT

Envirly is a Polish technology company developing a platform for managing the carbon footprint of organizations and products, and broader sustainability. The system enables the calculation of greenhouse gas emissions across Scopes 1, 2, and 3 in accordance with the GHG Protocol, as well as conducting product life cycle assessments – LCA.

The platform helps companies collect and organize emissions data, analyze their sources, and monitor the organization’s environmental impact. Envirly also develops tools supporting ESG reporting, CBAM, and the preparation of decarbonization strategies.

The solution is designed for companies just starting to measure their carbon footprint, as well as for larger organizations managing data from multiple companies, branches, or supply chain elements.

WHAT NEEDS DOES THE INNOVATION ADDRESS?

More and more businesses need accurate information about where emissions are generated in their operations – not only directly in plants or company vehicles, but also in consumed energy and the entire value chain. However, merely collecting data and preparing a report is not enough to reduce environmental impact. Companies need to know which processes are responsible for the largest share of emissions and what actions can yield the greatest reduction effect.

Envirly addresses this need by combining carbon footprint calculation with data analysis. The platform allows for identifying processes with the highest emission intensity – so-called hot spots – and using this information to plan emission reduction activities. For products, LCA analysis enables the assessment of environmental impact at various stages of the life cycle and helps determine which product elements or production processes have the greatest impact on its environmental footprint.
