ABOUT THE PROJECT

The project is distinguished by the fact that it allows male and female high school students not only to learn, but also to actively share knowledge with their peers. Young educators, using substantive materials developed by NGOs, provide information, becoming teachers for a moment, taking education into their own hands, about the most relevant issues in the world today, such as social engagement, mental health, coming of age in the post-truth era, and other topics that have a real impact on their lives.

WHAT NEEDS DOES THE INNOVATION ADDRESS?

The House of Peaceful Youth is a groundbreaking educational project born out of the need to give young people a real voice and influence in a world full of uncertainty, challenges and dynamic change. It is a unique space – created in Poland, but responding to the universal needs of a generation that refuses to accept passivity.This project not only educates, but above all inspires and empowers. It gives young people the reins – it allows them to stand at the forefront of social change, to show the power of their vision, values and courage. The House of Peaceful Youth is an initiative on a scale never seen before – a place where the leaders of tomorrow, aware of their power, responsibility and role in building a better world, are being formed.It’s more than education. It’s a call to action and proof that the future can – and should – be created together, with the young at the helm.

At the Peaceful Youth House, young people become agents and agents of change, learning how to act as leaders who can inspire others to action. The project gives them the space to express themselves, build self-confidence and develop leadership skills that will serve them throughout their lives. In this way, the project becomes not only an educational platform, but also a movement that activates young people to be responsible citizens and leaders in their communities.With the initiative of the Peaceful Youth House, young people are no longer mere recipients of knowledge, but become teachers and guides, introducing their colleagues to topics relevant not only to their generation, but also to future generations. The project has received the honorary patronage of the Embassy of Finland, which underscores its international stature and potential to become a model in youth education and activation on a global scale.
