Bielik v2 is a breakthrough in the world of Polish artificial intelligence. It is built on the cutting-edge AI architecture that powers the largest language models in the world. As a decoder-only model, Bielik not only analyzes text, but most importantly creates it with exceptional consistency and precision. As a specialized Polish model, Bielik is able to handle many Polish language tasks comparably (and often even better) than much larger models. The latest Bielik, having 11B parameters, ranks higher than the Llama-3.1 having as many as 405B.

WHAT NEEDS DOES THE INNOVATION ADDRESS?

Unlike global LLM models, which are trained on English-language collections, Bielik v2 is fully attuned to Polish language and culture. It perfectly understands Polish inflection, idioms, cultural context and local realities.
