Spectrally is an innovative real-time optical chemical diagnostics system that reduces production costs in the chemical industry through innovations in quality control of manufacturing processes. It uses proprietary Raman spectroscopy technology, eliminating the need for costly and time-consuming laboratory testing. The system is autonomous, resilient to harsh industrial conditions, and delivers immediate results, enabling production process optimization, loss reduction, and compliance with ESG and Industry 4.0 standards.

WHAT NEEDS DOES THE INNOVATION ADDRESS?

Spectrally addresses the chemical industry’s key challenges – long wait times for analytical results, high laboratory costs and lack of ongoing process control. Current methods are time-consuming, expensive and require specialized personnel. The technology developed by Gekko Photonics provides real-time measurements, eliminating the need for sampling and analysis in the laboratory. It enables production optimization, waste and cost reduction, and increases efficiency, in line with ESG and Industry 4.0 requirements.
