ABOUT THE PROJECT

DES has developed the world’s first mobile application for structural health monitoring and facility condition assessment using artificial intelligence and computer vision (the app is part of the ISO-certified and patent-pending DES Vision System).

The application has been used on some of the largest infrastructure projects in the world – in Denmark, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

Annual spending on infrastructure maintenance and operation is estimated at $200 billion. DES is well aware of the challenge of finding practical and efficient ways to manage and monitor infrastructure assets across industries. Most enterprise infrastructure is monitored too infrequently, and the process itself remains highly inefficient.
